As the end of the year draws closer, we are reaching out to remind our clients and colleagues of upcoming reporting deadlines under the Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”). The CTA is now in effect and requires many U.S. entities to disclose their beneficial ownership to FinCEN (the Financial Enforcement Network, a bureau of the Treasury Department).
