A federal appeals court ruling has just re-suspended reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”) by restoring the prior injunction.

January disclosure reporting deadlines are no longer in effect (at least for now) and beneficial ownership information filings to FinCEN (the Financial Enforcement Network, a bureau of the Treasury Department) can be considered voluntary (for the time being).
