Jodi Epstein Provides "Washington Update" at PLANSPONSOR National Conference

IPB Benefits & Compensation partner Jodi Epstein was a featured panelist at PLANSPONSOR's National Conference 2021 (PSNC), on June 22, reviewing updates in legislation and litigation during the pandemic.

Jodi discussed provisions in the SECURE Act, qualified birth or adoption distributions (QBAD) notices, changes to RMDs (required minimum distributions), and other issues that will impact plan sponsors.
