Allocation of Costs Under The Simplified Methods

 On January 7, 2013, Les Schneider was the lsole witness testifying at the public hearing on the proposed regulations dealing with proposed revisions to the simplified production method.  Mr. Schneider offered constructive criticism on a number of provisions in the proposed regulations and Mr. Schneider received numerous questions from the panel.
