Robin Solomon and Ben Grosz Speak on Executive Compensation and Employment Taxes

Robin Solomon and Ben Grosz provided an Executive Compensation and Employment Tax update to the North Florida Compensation & Benefits Association in Jacksonville, Florida on May 25, 2017.  Their presentation covered several hot topics relating to non-qualified deferred compensation plans, including FICA tax treatment and Section 409A errors. Ms. Solomon and Mr. Grosz also addressed compliance issues involving Section 162(m), personal use of corporate aircraft, and local lodging.  Their presentation also included content on potential tax reform initiatives and their impact on executive compensation practices and Dodd-Frank reforms.
