Robert Wellen to Speak at Texas Federal Tax Institute

Robert Wellen will speak on June 9 in San Antonio at the 27^th Annual Texas Federal Tax Institute. The subject of Bob’s presentation will be Contingent Liabilities in Corporate Transactions. With background on contingent purchase price, the presentation will include assumptions of, and indemnities for, contingent obligations in taxable asset acquisitions, taxable stock acquisitions and tax-free acquisitions.
