Les Schneider Speaks to Tax Executive Institute's Mid-Year Conference

IPB partner Les Schneider presented on a panel this week entitled "Income Tax Accounting Methods and Strategy Post-TCJA"at TEI's 69th Mid-Year Conference in Washington, DC. Co-presenters on the panel with Les were Christine Turgeon and Chirstopher Call of PWC. Their presentation covered the impact of tax reform on accounting methods – including accounting method planning, revenue recognition, earnings & profit (E&P) methods planning, GILTI methods planning, BEAT methods planning, Section 163(j) planning, Section 267 planning, Section 1341 claim of right planning – and final UNICAP regulations.
