Robin Solomon Gives Washington Update at PLANSPONSOR National Conference

IPB partner Robin Solomon headlined the PLANSPONSOR National Conference on June 5, presenting the Washington Update. She discussed legislative and regulatory changes impacting plan sponsors, including competing House and Senate bills (known as the SECURE Act and RESA, respectively) addressing retirement system reforms; DOL's continued focus on missing participants; student loan repayment benefits; and the extension of the IRS determination letter program for cash balance and merged plans.
