Ivins Attorneys Speak at Fort Worth TEI Meeting

Ivins attorneys Bob Stack and John Bates presented on foreign currency issues at a meeting of the Fort Worth Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute on September 28, 2011.  The title of the presentation was Avoiding Tax Casualties in the Currency War, and it covered planning opportunities, traps for the unwary, and areas of uncertainty in the taxation of transactions involving foreign currency and the taxation of foreign currency hedging.
