Leslie J. Schneider (Panelist) – Recent Developments with Respect to the Treatment of Repair Costs. This panel reviewed the considerations that a company, and its tax advisers, will need to address in complying with the forthcoming repair regulations that are expected to be issued shortly.

Alex Sadler (Panelist) – Requests for Admissions in Federal Tax Litigation. This panel discussed the best practices in using and responding to requests for admission in Federal tax litigation, their usages in different forums, and traps for the unwary.

John Bates (Panelist) – Foreign Tax Credits. Recent statutory changes to the foreign tax credit provisions have significantly impacted even routine tax planning. This panel discussed recent guidance and its impact on planning.
