Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal Publishes Kasey Place's Delaware Tax Trap Article in Latest Issue

The Real Property, Trust and  Estate Law Journal has published an article entitled, Section 2041(A)(3): A Trap Not Easily Sprung, written by IPB Estate Planning partner Kasey Place, in its latest issue, available online and in print now.

Kasey has previously spoken about the so-called "Delaware Tax Trap" to the Tax Section of the ABA and the DC Bar Association, and written on the subject for IPB's Tax, Trusts, & Estates Newsletter.
