IPB Recognized by Law360 for Representation of Women in Our Partnership Ranks

IPB is proud to be listed among the top ten "Ceiling Smashers" in the small firms category of Law360's Glass Ceiling Report. The Glass Ceiling Report is an annual survey of U.S. law firms, measuring the representation of women in their ranks. "Ceiling Smashers" are firms with the most women among their equity partnerships. IPB has a long history of supporting women attorneys; we elected our first female equity partner in 1973. In 2020, more than 45% of our equity partners, and more than 35% of our attorneys, are women. We look forward to continuing in our efforts to diversify the makeup of our attorneys and staff.
